Following in the footsteps of our award winning Inglewhite Buffalo Cheese is our new Clothbound Inglewhite Sheeps Cheese. Matured for 6 – 9 months it has a sweet, nutty flavour and is made with milk sourced from local farmer Simon Stotts herd of lacaune sheep.
